Since the FTBC campaign was launched in the UK in 1996, it has raised over £10 million for Breakthrough Breast Cancer’s vital research, campaigning and education work.  This work has included opening and funding research at the UK’s first dedicated breast cancer research centre which now houses over 120 world-class scientists.  Now building on the success of the centre, Breakthrough is opening three new research units across the UK.
